Potential clients, donors and supporters are online every day – and you can help them find you. Publish content answering questions and using the words your audiences is already searching for, and bring them to your mission even if they don’t know your organization’s name.

Before you create your blog posts, videos, social media events and more – create a plan. Understand where your potential friends are searching online and what questions they are asking. Then, use your content to help guide people to actions like joining an email list, signing up for help, or making a donation..

This session shows how content marketing will help you reach the right audiences, and what resources (including volunteers) a charity can put to work to make these connections.
