The Art of Crowdfunding

Crowdfunding is the art of getting lots of smaller donation to create a new project, such as a play, book, or concert. Arts organizations have unique opportunities to use sites like Kickstarter, Indiegogo and more to bring in new resources to support their work. This session will review important tactics which lead to crowdfunding success, such as prepping team leaders for social recruitment and selecting perks which match the unique niche of your work. Costs of using sites, timelines, and more will included in the presentation, as well as time for questions.
